Use Newport and Cwmbran.. of which rather Newport..Cwmbran needs more staff always long queue to get served and obviously they get buizy times but very good service all the same so no complaints about any of um they're going as quickly as they can good teamwork in both 👍

It was nice and the staff were friendly but it was very busy and rather crowded. The store could do with some space for customers to stand while they wait for their takeaway coffees.

The new decor in Starbucks is so uninviting and seems more apt as an 18 hundreds opium den. The cheap seats wouldn't be out of place in a truck stop just off the M1. Who would want their lunch break in here. Just grab a takeaway coffee. All said the staff are great and the coffee is always spot on.

Cwmbran is in a sad state when Starbucks is one of the better places to get your coffee

I had to pop in here the other day to ask for hot water to make a bottle for my 8 month old. They were very polite and accommodating.

Lovely shop. Staff is nice always and friendly. Sometimes visiting with my tablet for work. Only bad side is Wi-Fi signal is terrible in this branch, I hope they will upgrade the internet quality soon.

Always excellent service and keri is an absolute delight starbucks should be very grateful for such a polite welcoming and in general nice man to be working with them.

Lovely, clean store with friendly staff right in the heart of town. Perfect.

Expensive but for a treat they have orange mango refresher cookies and cream frapachieno think its spelt like that ice coffee lattee etc nice to have a treat now and then but not to often for me as its normaly supermarket coffee still worth a treat now and then for sure
