Haven't actually eaten in this place but just want to say the manager of the shop is a real decent bloke. Returned to my car that was parked in the car park close to kaspas to find it covered in milkshake. At this point the manager from the shop approached and said he accidentally ran over a bottle of milkshake on the floor that then exploded onto my car. He gave me a fiver to get it washed and was very apologetic. He didn't need to do it as I had no idea it was him, guess there are some descent people left in the world.

A restaurant for desserts! Fantastic! We loved it. The staff show you to a booth and give you a menu and you choose and pay and less than five minutes and there it is! I can’t wait to come again it was fabulous! Xx

Good service and lovely food. Put something with rhubarb, and some rum & raisin ice cream on the menu and I may have to visit every week.

After a bad experience in another store, I was weary at going in, but I had promised my niece. I mentioned my nut allergy and straight away, the waitress brought me an allergen book (something the other store didn't do!!) we then got talking and it got back to the manager, who came over to make sure I was ok and was looking at the book properly. I was really amazed at the customer service!!! The waitress kept coming over to talk to myself and my niece. I honestly can say, I'm so going there again!!!!!

First time there and I enjoyed the atmosphere only downsize I say is that the scoops on the bubblelisous ice-cream was very small and flavourless. And the kids loved it there they had fun as we had the upper floor practically to ourselves

I really love Kaspas. You have everything that you dream of related to sugar . I asked for a flat white, and I was unhappy as the size of the coffee was super big, and I used to have it smaller. The next time that I came, they gave me a coffee from the house as they remembered me. I have to say that the customer service is exceptional and I am not used to having it like here, Ezaf, thanks for your attention. You do a really good job !!!

My daughter loves this place. Great for a treat. I feel everything is slightly over-priced unfortunately..If they knocked £2 off their waffles for e.g., even if it meant they were slightly smaller (they are too big for a child), I think they would get more custom. Just my opinion.

It was pretty quiet when we went, but it's early December and I expect the queues are round the block on a hot summer day! The portions are generous - lovely, huge waffles the size of a tea-plate - not the miserable, dry rectangles you get in shops!. The waffle was beautifully light and there was plenty of topping with a lovely swirl of ice cream. I had banana split sundae and this was huge! The banana was ripe and the cream topping generous - some of the fudge bits were a bit hard, but that's the only minus point! Gorgeous!

Unfortunately, we didn't have a great experience with the room service we received in a local 4 star hotel, even with having a Penhouse suite. So to salvage what was left of the evening, we came to Kaspas. Never been here before, great service, great deserts, saved what was left of the evening. We will be back again before returning back to London. Thanks Kaspas!

Visited with my Grand daughter. Staff were very friendly and were very attentive during our visit. The food was served fairly quickly and was well presented and tasted great. Don't expect the cheapest deserts here however what you get is not the most expensive either. Good range of hot and cold options and a wide variety of drinks available.
