Dinner for two, the food and service were very good. The atmosphere was welcoming and the heating was on so that was a bonus because so many places are cold.

Beautiful pub, really friendly welcoming staff and super food. We were 2 families with teenage children who popped in for dinner. We all had a wonderful evening. We joined in the pub quiz and really enjoyed playing, even the kids joined in. Will definitely be going back.
Food was very good value for money. We had 30%off mains. I had lasagne and my husband had fish and chips. His batter was really light and tasted wonderful. The service was good. Would recommend to friends and family

Always first class. The new owners are accommodating. Gluten free, meat free, 2 starters as a main instead of that’s what you want. Nothing is too much trouble. Party of 14. All the food came out together. Staff are lovely (great recruitment) and food is excellent. Highly recommended
We booked here on the recommendation of a family member, the food was superb, the atmosphere was a little noisy due to an anniversary party, but who wouldn't want to celebrate 60 years together. Service was swift and courteous. A very pleasant evening.
