Lovely place to eat. Nice, varied home cooked menu. Idyllic setting serving a range of alcohol too. I saw a few dogs so I'm assuming at least some part of this place is dog friendly. And they have a pool table which was perfect entertainment teaching the kids while waiting on food. Would highly recommend.

First visit in over 30 years and wasn't disappointed. We were a family group of 10 for my wife's birthday. The food was excellent and portions very generous. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Just one small criticism is that of the 4 choices of dessert 3 were chocolate. We were all very full and had taken a birthday cake so wasn't a problem but would like more choice next visit. We will defo be going back very soon πŸ‘

This place is incredible and feels like good honest pub food. The pork belly was really tender and flavourful and my friend enjoyed the vegetable soup. Portion size was a bit more than expected which is a bonus. The burgers were thiccc and juicy (yes, 3 c's are necessary). Chips were very crispy. The wings had a very nice coating and a flavoursome sauce. Servers were very friendly and outdoor seating is very nice as the view is lovely. I will definitely come here again.

What a great place to go for the evening. The weather was sunny, and the view is spectacular across to the hills. Staff couldn't do enough, food was incredible and so much of it!! Thoroughly recommend this place to anyone.

We have been here several times and always had good, friendly service. Food is good, freshly cooked by chef. We even had our 10 year old granddaughters party there in December.

Really lovely pub with fantastic views, well worth a visit. Very nice little outdoor area with pretty flowers, everything was clean an well presented. We turned up almost 40 mins after they finished cooking, and while the really friendly bar staff were helpfully recommending other places we could eat, the manageress came over and said the chef was happy to make us some food! That's truly above and beyond! Everything was perfectly cooked and presented, he didn't rush or throw it out. We would very happily eat there again if in the area and very much appreciate the excellent service. Highly recommend!

Went to see what the new owners had done to the place and the food. They're still dog friendly which is great. The food is lovely, better than your normal pub food. The home chips, nachos and cheesecakes are gorgeous you got to try them! See you soon.

Based on everything, this was the best pub meal I have had in months. Staff were great and friendly and food was super tasty. Pub also has a nice atmosphere, with plenty of parking too. Sadly we are only in Wales for a short while longer, but if you are in the area looking for somewhere to eat, I would totally recommend it

This pub is very old and atmospheric. In recent years it has struggled because of the running cost of such a large old, building. But it looks like the new management has got the recipe right; food and service is excellent. The ambience whether out on the patio with lovely views or round the huge open fire is truly outstanding.

In a nutshell, this place is AWESOME!!! The service was excellent and the staff was so warm and genuinely friendly it was simply perfect! The place itself was beautiful with some of the most amazing views in North Wales (which is saying something), and the food was also very good. The prices are very reasonable and the selection itself was great (something for everyone). If you're going on the weekend you may want to make reservations. I'll definitely be going back!

What a lovely place this is, and the view from outside is stunning, The downfall is getting there, it's a single lane road so drive very slowly, But it will be be worth it.

Eating out with food allergies can be a nightmare, but the staff were super helpful (even got to speak to the chef directly) and made our visit very enjoyable. The food was great. Will definitely be returning.

Just got back from a birthday meal(9 adults 2 kids in the name of Jones) starters came and we thought it's big enough to be main meal. Then the main, all ordered different(as you do) and we were not disappointed, excellent food/staff. Definitely recommend and Definitely be going back to try other food!. From entering to leaving 10/10.
