It's still a nice place for decent takeaway food, hot and cold, available from breakfast to late afternoon. Top marks to the servers on the day of my visit. Even though it was 5 minutes to closing time, they still made me my coffee and hot roll, fantastic service from the girls. There are a couple of tables to sit at outside. Be aware that there is sometimes a mobile speed camera sitting along the road towards Cupar, so keep to the speed limit driving through the village.

Eaten Fast n Fresh for years from the Cupar and Glenrothes stores. Freshness and consistency always spot on, the food is never an issue, tastes fantastic and always great variety. You can call your order in ahead of time to collect which can be very helpful. Only point I'd bring up is sometimes the younger staff at the Cupar store can spend time gossiping with each other and slow service down when making your order. So be prepared for a tad longer wait with the young ones!
Rolls were delicious, but service was really slow, took around 25-30 mins to get a few cold filled rolls, despite only having 5 people in front in the queue, think maybe more staff needed, or better working practices as the 2 staff members seemed really unorganised

I've been to this place a few times, every time it's been consistently good for hot and cold food. Only 4 stars though because there is better if you travel into Glenrothes
Absolutely L♡VE Fast n Fresh, great sandwich fillings, baguettes, baked tattie or a burger!! An added bonus is the cheerful and kind servers they have on board its certainly the FIRST food shop that I go to(and look forward to) Fast and Fresh!!
