Superb coffee - always made to my exact requirements, excellent customer rapport, service & banter, nice friendly environment - all are just what is needed when taking a short break from a hectic working day! Would highly recommend a visit
The staff at the entrance of the Antonine were amazing. They opened the shop in the worst weather Cumbernauld has seen in the last few years. It was so appreciated and to get a hot latte in such bad weather was so good and unexpected
Staff were very friendly and helpful and I had a lovely double espresso plus some cream on top big thumbs up 👍

The staff in Costa make this place. Was in today with my 2 kids, and my 4-year-old came up to me crying as she thought she wasn't getting a chococino. The lovely Barista let her pick her own marshmallow and it helped bring a smile back. I've had this kind of thoughtful service every time I've been in (the Dunnes end) and it makes the great coffee taste that much better.
Love costa cumbernauld. The staff are all so friendly helpful. My friend is disabled and they are so good with her.

Drive through! Very modern building. Plenty of seats inside. They do dairy free alternatives. Offer 1 or 2 GF Tray bake slices.

Not a bad Costa, sandwich 🥪 was good tea ☕ was good. Had a fair few of their award for that branch on display which a bit cheesy but at least they take pride in their branch.
Just stopped for a quick coffee on our break. Really nice and specious area and it was much quieter than the one inside the mall. Coffee was lovely as always, staff friendly, and also it was pretty entertaining as they put music on so was nice to listen some good old tunes.
Just to be clear my favourite Costa is the oldest Costa across from Next. Been coning here since it opened and the coffee is consistently good.

Like most Costa coffee places you are pretty much guaranteed a nice coffee with a good selection of cakes. The service is always good and the staff are very hard working but there is usually quite a long queue. It is very popular and it can be a struggle to get a seat indoors. There is a small seating area outdoors if you don't mind the weather.
Great staff who are friendly and always learn their customer orders. The shop has had a recent refit but unfortunately it just looks incomplete. The previous shop wasn't great but the new one just looks unfinished and cluttered. It has more seating now which is nice and the outside area is a nice spot in the sun.
Great staff in this Costa branch, always friendly and helpful. The outside bit is surprisingly nice to sit in despite facing the car park. It gets evening sun, so it's nice to grab a coffee and bit of cake before or after an evening trip to the shops.

All staff make your visit very welcoming. There is nothing too much trouble. Coffee is made 1st class. Some Costa shops don't make good coffees but always get it right in Cumbernauld.
Love the drive thru experience here. Staff are a joy and seem really happy in their work which makes you smile.

What excellent service we had yesterday at the large Costa in the Antonine Centre in Cumbernauld, the one near to TJ Hughes in the concourse (open area of the centre). It was a busy time and the staff were very attentive and enjoying doing their job and caring about their customers, even helping choose our delicious cakes. We arrived about 3pm on Wednesday 14th October. It was my first coffee out since the Pandemic. We were made to feel welcome and at ease with one Costa colleague in particular a young man who checked we had completed our track and trace, whilst he swept up and cleaned tables. I was with my son and his wife and baby and we were standing in the busy queue, when he suggested the perfect table for us which he sanitised and showed us to. When we got up to leave he was there again to offer help with the one way system as we had the pram. We were so impressed! I can't thank this young man enough for making our afternoon out - in these difficult times a most of pleasant one.
