I'm obsessed with McDonald's. Always getting food from here. I will admit the staff here aren't the greatest, always missing an item from my order, and sometimes the order screens don't print receipts as no one puts new paper in there. Luckily, I use the McDonald's app, so it's in recent orders. The prices are flexible and cheap, for such fast food. Friendly to all ages. Food comes fresh as always busy, and wait can be long.
Christmas came and went away but the body dysmorphia stays.
No bliss, no cheer but plenty of miss and beer.
But that’s ok, I can eat my big mac with fries with tears in my eyes.
As finally they got everything I want to order, no need to complain about my mental disorder.

The kindest staff. I broke down in the drive thru and two members of staff helped push me out and nothing was too much trouble. Staff inside found some books and colouring for my 3 year old whilst we waited for the AA. Made what could have been a horrible experience so much better. Thank you so much.
For a fast food chain, this McDonald's provides a good service with friendly staff. To be totally honest, we did find a hair in the chicken burger and the staff manager was mortified, so apologetic. We were offered a refund but we declined, we made them aware so they can learn from it.
Decided to visit on the way home from Barry. Pretty much the same as any other McDonald's really. It was clean and tidy. Ordered my food on the screen and picked it up when it was ready. The one thing that did stick out for me tho was it's probably the first time I've ever been to a McDonald's and the fries were actually hot.
Only went in for caramel latte, I was extremly supprised for a change it was served really quick even though it was a little busy.
Nice enough McDonald with a clean and tidy restaurant and clean toilets which isn't always a given. Food is as you would expect typically McDonald's style so you know what to expect and you will get exactly that. Staff are friendly and helpful and will answer your questions and help you.
Ordered food while I was 20min away expecting it to be ready after a long day but nope and they forgot my straw's for my drinks.
The staff are helpful and polite, the food is normally good and tastes hot and fresh, well as fresh as it can be for a fast food outlet. The drawback is there always seems to be a long wait on the drive thru, maybe they are just short staffed.
I had table service for 4 and 2 items were missing, went back to collect items and no apology was given😦
