Have been a few times and NEVER disappointed. This last time was just for their Cider Cocktails and reminded us it's a Bar and Grill. Amazing food and amazing drinks. What more could you ask for?
What a lovely place to go! Staff were attentive and helpful, everyone was friendly and the food was on point. The cocktails were fantastic 😊

Cracking burger, starter and dessert along with a great couple of ciders to boot! Little gem in the high street with a wide ranging menu. Very friendly with a nice atmosphere.
We had porters delivered yesterday evening and it was the best food I have had in a long while!
I went for the ultimate burger as I thought I should go all in for the first time trying Porters. So often there are big claims from restaurants about their food but this did not disappoint.

Delicious take away delivered for only £2 in excellent recyclable packaging which kept the food hot. Meat and vegetarian burgers tasty and filling, lovely crisp chips and gorgeous cheesecake. Looking forward to trying extensive restaurant menu as looks great for meat eaters/vegetarian/vegan.
Had a lovely meal with 2 very dear friends on Saturday night, the staff were lovely, it was to celebrate all 3 of our birthdays which are within 3 weeks of each other, as soon as the staff realised they gave us our first drink free which was a lovely gesture. Thank you so much, keep up the good work
Had a meal at Porters last night and it was fabulous. Lots of variety, plenty on the plate and sides to die for.
Staff were excellent, happy, friendly and saw to our every need despite being very busy.
The atmosphere was great especially as we had our young son with us.

Pleasant staff. Good balanced menu. Reasonable prices. Went for the aubergine cananloni , starter of halloumi kebab and finished off with the awesome biscoff cheesecake! Service was swift. What's not to like? Enjoyed my wedding anniversary with my lovely wife! All good. Great to have another eat out
Highly recommend a visit here. We had a booking for a group of 11, we had our own room and the food, drinks and service were all excellent. The burgers and gin cocktails were particularly good! We’ll definitely be back. Thankyou for a great night!
I literally can't say enough good things about the food at this place. It has got to be one of the best restaurants I have ever been to in my life. Had another meal at Porters this evening, we booked ‘The Vault’ for our 5 year olds birthday meal. Yet again the food for everyone was spot on, my girls had the hotdog & chips and the lasagna with garlic bread and totally loved it. Was great to see some new dishes tried by my family, the pulled pork
First time trying Porters last night. Delivery was within 1 hour of ordering and when it arrived it was in paper bags that looked to add a bit of class to the delivery as opposed to most takeaway deliveries thats just a simple and basic carrier bag
