The burgers are nice, however they do not serve wraps.

I would have given 5 stars as the service is always good, chicken non greasy and the burgers on point. However, for the first time yesterday, the chips tasted weird. Could have been the oil or new potatoes but they were not as light and fluffy as they often are. Instead they were oily and hollow. The worst bit was the ordering service. We ordered the food and arrived to find that it was not done. What was the point of ordering!! We still had to carry out the same order when we got there. That was annoying and time consuming.
I prefer it to KFC, don't know what it is about Favorite chicken but it just hits the right spot. Their wraps are the best, simple with bit of lettuce and sauce but they work!! Also recommend the double ringer burger, a chicken fillet burger with cheese and onion rings, yum! Would be nice to see the franchise raise the bar one day, as most of the stores seem to look rather dingy and unasthetically pleasing.
This was the first chicken shop I ever visited, and it left me so disappointed.
It's because it set the bar so high. The food is so good and is so well priced, I was naive enough to think that all chicken shops are created equal. I soon discovered that other chicken shops charge more for inferior quality food.
Quite simply, this Favorite has the best hot wings around. The batter always consistently covers the whole wing (no bare spots with hairs poking out), it's always crispy and always has the perfect amount of spice.

Really good fried chicken and best of all the coatings are not heavily salty like many other chicken places, but my favourite is their superb "Spicy Double Ringer Burger" with a spicy-coated chicken fillet, two onion rings, cheese, lettuce and mayo for just £2.99.
The staff take care to keep the place as clean as they can despite some very messy customers!
A good Favourite store located in the heart of Addiscombe. The food is usually freshly prepared, and the prices are quite decent.
Another 1 of my junkfood heaven hotspots, cant go wrong, the staff are brilliant!

Was decent, aite, nothing special, have had better but nonetheless we can't complain as food is food and we don't believe in waste. Good for a quick bite
