The overall experience in this particular Nandos was absolutely superb, they serve wonderful Halal chicken which is simply grilled to perfection.
In terms of the atmosphere it had its own unique ambience which I really liked, the only downside to the evening was it gets a bit crowded thus it got a bit noisy.
The staff here made me very welcome and did everything right. I would highly recommend this restaurant. I think the staff at this branch of Nando’s are motivated and do a sterling job!

Gabriella behind the counter was by far the best customer I have recieved in a long time. I believe she deserves a bonus! Especially with the positive attitude with our confusing order, the polite manner is speaking, along with being informative but very welcoming and rapid service.
It was quiet busy at the time, but we got a table quick. Food was best of all our visits at different Nandos! Team looked like they are well organised and everyone knew what they are doing. We would definitely come back if we will be around!

I had a really enjoyable time! The service was quick and friendly, and the food was delicious.
The portions were right and the flavors were amazing. I especially enjoyed their PERi-PERi chicken with some sides!
The atmosphere was cozy and inviting which was really nice as well. All in all, I had an enjoyable experience at Nando’s and would definitely recommend it to others.
I didn’t knew that water was supposed to be taken at the dispensary that’s why I started eating without water
My chicken was cooked just right, you are given table service because of the new guidelines. Staff were pleasent and helpful. Wasn't to busy you have to wait outside until a table ready sticking to COVID restrictions that good.
Nice food.. Quick service but unfortunately some of the staff not very friendly and a little rude.. Maybe English wasn't their first language but still, customer service should be a priority at a place of this stataure.
Went here with my mum who was in a wheelchair thought it would have been a been chaotic getting her to a table but from point of entry and end of service Mo and the young man at the door was absolutely great with the assistance and care taken whilst we were there. Had a lovley afternoon and the food was on point.

We ate here recently on a Saturday, very busy but managed to get a table within 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and continuously dishing out food and replacing cutlery. The chicken was tender and flavourful. I loved the hummus with the piri piri sauce. The only thing I wasn’t a big fan of was the supergrain salad but everything else was lovely
The member of staff at the front door seemed to lack interpersonal/customer service skills, and her tone came across as quite abrupt and non-caring. Other than that, the food was good, and the service was quick, even with a full house.
Jayden and the team were amazing and so helpful. Food was served timely and was cooked to perfection. The service was excellent, especially as we had a wheelchair user with us.
Having returned to Nandos after a year away, I was pleasantly surprised that they've added to their vegan and vegetarian menu! They could have added a few more chickpeas though. I only found two!
