Visited around 1:30pm 2 people ahead of me so not a long wait. The lady who served me was pleasant.
Really pleasantly surprised today. Previously very rude staff and appalling service. Today it was excellent. Staff could not have been more helpful or efficient. Resolved issues re new driving licence - nothing was too much trouble.

Just wanted to say a great big 'Thank You' to the lovely lady in the photo on this site. Late yesterday evening she tried her best to help me return a parcel from the return information on my phone - I wasn't able to print the label and thought they could do it at the PO, but I had the wrong label (not the QR one). I wasn't able to return the parcel but was grateful for the kindness shown by this lovely lady - she sat in the little room behind the glass counter.
Whatever you do, always go to Karuna. Being the only courteous member of staff at this post office, they sadly keep her in a glass box, to prevent her from escaping. She always smiles and is friendly and helpful. You are a bright star, Karuna. Thank you from all of Wallington.
It opens at 9am, but don’t bother getting there at 9am. They never open on time.
