Went there today to exchange my Boss trainers I bought last month as one of them fell apart. I had no receipt. Gentlemen taking care of my exchange took all the time and effort to find my receipt in their system based on my bank statement only as a proof of purchase. After a few minutes I had my new

The Croydon House of Fraser is surprisingly big, there are three floors.
As well as having three floors, there were so many brands of clothes as well as perfumery and make up.
Brilliant place to be with family and friends. Almost have everything you need from shopping/sales/Poundland/next/Zara/food court and many more. Plenty of paid parking spaces. Can get really expansive. Do check the day rates beforehand.
Suitable for pram walking.
I normally buy on line until I met Lorraine who works for clarins, she is an asset for them, she always has time for you and very friendly.
Excellent atmosphere. One thing to complain about the refund. They do only exchange gift 😂
