Never doubt this place at all. Always great service, great food and lovely atmosphere. Go to amici’s for special occasions such as birthday breakfast. Today I went with my boyfriend who is new to the area and he didn’t have a bad word to say either. We both enjoyed our food he had the full English and I a ham and cheese omelet. Loved it completely. It’s nice to have an easily accessible and perfect place to have a quick lunch or breakfast! Perfect

Delightful cafe, attentive staff and very relaxed setting. Food was great and served perfectly. There's a very good reason for all the trip advisor awards on display. Highly recommend, thank you

This was a lucky find after a suggestion from someone on the towpath. Had a great takeaway coffee yesterday and today I sat outside with a coffee and an egg baguette. The baguette was freshly cooked and still warm and the filling clearly fresh. Absolutely lovely. Staff friendly and pleasant and everywhere was lovely and clean. The food other customers were eating looked lovely as well! Can't wait to go back. If you're on a boat it's no more than a 10 minute walk from the canal. Access is via Bridge 169. Facing the railway bridge and lock 78 go left. In a few hundred yards you'll see the Harvester - keep the Harvester to your left and you'll see a parade of shops - Cafe Amici is on the left at the end of the parade. If you're in a car there is some parking but if there's no spaces turn up the side street. Really nice to find a lovely independent cafe serving great food and coffee at a very reasonable price! 👍👍👍👍👍

friendly service and the food is tasty and well priced. coffee is really good too. This isn't a family friendly place as its so close to the road, but if you have a child in a pram or older children its fine. I personally like it for lunch/coffee meetings with friends.

It's a nice local cafe with a decent amount of food options to choose from including english breakfast, omelettes, sandwiches, paninis, burgers and pasta. I've had the steak & onion sandwich and a panini which were both decent tasting. I haven't tried any but they do have quite a selection of desserts including several cakes choices. During lunch hours it can be hard to get a table, so have found it better to go around 2pm. I do find the prices a little high for a lot of the meals though, so it's somewhere to go on occasion.
