We decided to visit this gem of a pub, rather than the more obvious ones on the main roads. We were given a very warm welcome on arrival. Without a reservation we ordered food, and were pleasantly surprised with our choices. A very nice ploughman's was one, and vegetarian Sweet Potato Thai Curry's turned out to be a great choice for two meat eaters. We would definitely visit again.

Lovely local pub, staff are always friendly, chatty and the overall vibe of the atmosphere here is so good. The food is always amazing and they also offer weekly events or special menus, such as steak nights on Tuesdays.

Popped in yesterday and what a great little find, friendly and welcoming and the food was great, only just down the road from us so will be back without any doubt!

This is what I call a proper pub. Good wholesome pub grub, a friendly welcome and superbly kept Harvey’s Ales. Pity it’s nearly fifty miles from home. But I will be back with my old friend from St Johns Wood.

It's my favourite pub. Warm fires in the winter, and beautiful sunshine in the garden in the summer. Friendly staff and customers.

This is the only remaining pub, in our local area, so as you can guess, it's very popular. The people who work there, are really nice, & even dogs are welcome. Which is a bonus for some of us dog owners. There's a good size garden, & the food is good.

Lovely old pub hidden away off the beaten track. Usual pub food plus it's a Harvey's pub, so the beer is superb. Some outdoor seating but the garden isn't very large nor the view particularly delightful.

Best little pub in Crowborough. Tucked away down a country lane on the edge of town. Small in dimensions with an open (wood) fire in one bar and a coal fire in the snug. Nice outside beer garden; dog friendly inside and out. Regulars are friendly and the cask ales are brilliant (Harveys); the Wharf IPA is a very decent drop. Two bars, one restaurant area and a games room. Petanque played outside in summer months. No rowdiness and I never seem to remember any trash music in the background. Lovely.

Really nice local pub. Great choice of Harvey's beers. Great choice of gins and also wines. Do serve food but not a massive menu. Various clubs and quiz nights.
