Twin Lakes Velo Cafe - Croston - Photo album

A warm welcome awaits at the Velo Cafe. John and Julie are exceptional hosts. A hot Latte to wash down a tasty packed white barm filled with sausage and thick cut back bacon. YUM. This is a hidden gem AND you don’t even need a bike to enjoy a moment to rest after a long walk. πŸ‘
It's a great cafe off the beaten track next to a lake. There is plenty of seating outside so people can enjoy the views. Each of the outside bench tables is equipped with parasols, just in case the sun comes out. There is also plenty of seating inside the cafe. Service was quick and friendly. Once y
Gotta have cheesy beans on toast! Great place to ride to and from. Clean, plenty of cycle racks, great friendly service.
Great place. Hidden gem tucked away just outside of Croston. Popular with cyclists and has some of the best photo art on the walls. Food is lovely, nicely cooked. Service is great and they even have beers in the summer when you can sit outside and gaze out on the lakes. Highly recommended.

Superb food and excellent service. A great place to stop when out cycling. The kids love their brunch here.
Good views over the lake, outside seating, basic menu with good food. Very popular with cyclists their riding shoes make a clatter which is a noise nuisance. Gives great views over 1 of the lakes but you are not allowed to walk ther as privately owned. Cafe is right out in the sticks down country la
