As a fan of BK and having visited here on several occasions previously, I believe this one has new management? New faces anyway. To me the restaurant seems to have a better atmosphere. Even though it was busy everyone seemed to be served quickly and food was hot as delicious as usual. As soon as we walked to the door to leave someone had already cleaned our table! I haven’t seen that happen before. Will recommend and revisit!
It’s nice and clean inside. The food is hot and the workers are great. A good place to eat and take a break from shopping.
Excellent service. I ordered an XL bacon double and it was so fresh! Staff were very polite too. All around lovely experience, will be back!
There are many fast food options in Cross Hands but none of them make food as tasty as Burger King. In my recent dining in experience, I used 600 of my points that I’d saved up to get a free (I only had to pay the sugar tax) steakhouse angus which was fantastic and much better quality and more filling than what you’d get at McDonalds. They also have the option of changing fries to 5 chilli cheese bites or 6 onion rings for no charge at all. They even have a coke freestyle machine which allows you to customise your drinks with additional flavours! 10/10 food, left with a smile on my face :)

the staff were lovely and the food that was made was incredible, Joseph came out and had a chat while my food was being prepared and he was such a lovely young man 10/10 would pop in again
Good place to get a quick bite to eat, nice fresh cooked food each time, Clean & Tidy. Large Car Park, disabled parking right by the entrance, customer toilets inside. Drive Thru good & quick service . Reasonably priced.
