Great cup of coffee and gorgeous cakes. They also do fruit tea. Gentleman who served us was courteous and brought our order over to our table.

Really very good coffee, not exceptional but still far better than I thought possible at the seaside. A really relaxed and airy environment that could get easily overwhelmed on a busy day, but I'd still happily wait for a good coffee here than think about anywhere else. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

We are local but have unfortunately never ventured in since its opening but have always meant to. So on a rare day just us adults we decided to finally see what it's like. I was so surprised and loved the decor and vibe of the place. It's very quiet with only faint background music and the quite talking of other customers. Lots of places to sit including tables and chairs, sofas and a unique raised wooden seating bar. The server was very kind and brought us our hot chocolates (my husband is by a coffee drinker and is already had my caffeine for the day). The Hot chocolate was thick and creamy and not too sweet which made a change. They have a nice range of hot and cold drinks, pastries and cakes and an unlimited toast option with spreads. All were decently priced. It has a very rustic but very clean feel and parts of the masonry are decoratively on show. There are toilet facilities too. Bonus for holiday makers, dogs are welcome. Will definitely be going again!

We came across Grey Seal Coffee while in Cromer and are very glad we did! The coffee was excellent! We tried a flat white and a American. Both were very good. They had sold out of their pastries so couldn't try any of those unfortunately. They sell their beans as well as other merchandise in the store. We did a take away but the cafe itself had a great relaxed vibe. If we are back in Cromer we would definitely come back for another coffee.

Nice coffee shop serving decent coffee and cakes. Decaf is good too (freshly ground, single origin from Brazil).

Lovely independent coffee shop. We were in Cromer on a weekend away and was looking for an independent coffee shop, we came across Grey Seal on our morning walk and it was lovely. The decor is amazing, it would be a perfect shop for doing some work or stopping for a relaxing coffee. I had an iced caramel latte and it was one of the best I’ve had. A young man served us and he was very friendly and accommodating. The cinnamon buns are also unreal. We noticed they have entertainment on some nights too, like quiz nights and movie nights. Would highly recommend!

A very pleasant coffee shop with friendly service and quite reasonable prices. Not the best coffee I've had, but still pretty good. Would almost certainly visit again.

Treasure amongst the usual seaside offers. Loved the strong, well-made long black and flat white. We will be back before we hit the road home.

The best coffee we've ever had. Bit of a wait but it was worth it. The coffee is so smooth and out of this world. Staff are friendly and ots lovely to see a independent coffee shop thrive.

First time visitor to Cromer and popped in for some takeaway hot drinks. Excellent oat flat whites, which is always a good benchmark because they vary so wildly in quality from place to place and are seemingly quite hard to do well. These were creamy yet strong with a perfect foam to milk ratio, served hot and the coffee was roasted beautifully without being burned or bitter. My children loved their kid sized hot chocolates too. The customer toilet was clean and had good baby changing facilities. Lots of space to sit in, it felt spacious and airy.

Fantastic cafe for all the family and your dog. This is the only coffee shop in Cromer for us. Was made to feel welcome and was not rushed. Extremely clean and the best Latte I've ever tasted.
