Have now had lunch (a couple of times), coffee and Supper Club at this new venue in Cricklade and have thoroughly enjoyed each visit. The Supper Club is great value and to have home cooked, locally produced food is wonderful. The day time brunch menu is lovely, can highly recommend the scrambled eggs, chorizo & vine tomatoes or the bubble & squeak, egg and bacon - all beautifully cooked and presented. The cakes look divine and the tasters they put are are very tempting! The staff are friendly and helpful, but not pushy. Overall a great place for drinks or food.

Had lunch with the family. OMG what an incredible place. This place is really amazing. Doesn't look like a chain (thankfully). They had a regular menu and some specials of the day which change every day. You can see the food been made. And it's locally sourced and made fresh each day. The food arrived and looked amazing and the tasted even better. The staff and the service was amazing. You can sit outside as well and get a beer too. I shall return. So refreshing to see a cool place like this.

Lovely food and excellent service. Really appreciated the effort from staff, who came to the table to ask what alternatives I’d like with my breakfast (vegetarian), very impressed!

Terrific venue for Cricklade. Great efforts by all the team, particularly Charlie on the bar and Simon behind the scenes. I've been impressed and here is my honest/open review. Please Note - This is my personal opinion only. Coffee: Edgcumbes Coffee Roasters Food: Brunch Options including Poached Eggs, Smoked Salmon, Bubble & Squeak and Their Supper Club restaurant offering (Tapas, Slow Cooked Lamb, Brownies) Beer: Good range of craft artisan beers including Beavertown, Wildbeer and Craft Academy (Greene King) I’m extremely impressed with the refurbishment. It’s almost unrecognisable from the old club. But, of course, it’s a completely different venue now. It has a great look and feel to it and there’s plenty of space too. I’m a fan of the raised ceilings, which give an feel of enhance space. The décor is very trendy with exposed copper pipes and funky accessories (including a vintage bicycle). I was curious to try the coffee, as I’m quite obviously a massive fan of The Barista’s rave coffee. Anyone who knows me will note I’m usually in there daily for my regular skinny flat white. I was pleasantly surprised with The Club’s Edgcumbes offering. It had a lovely velvety texture and a natural creamy sweetness. Very well presented, too, in a branded mug featuring The Club’s new logo. Only downside for me was it was only available in one size (small). I’ve been back for many more, and served by a number of staff. Again pleasing to report that the quality of the coffee is consistent, which shows they know what they’re doing. Preparing a decent flat white is a skill that I’ve found many baristas to lack. I sampled the brunch offering and was really pleased with the poached eggs and smoke salmon breakfast muffins. Delightfully presented and the taste stacked up to expectations. I’ve yet to personally enjoy the menu from the Supper Club. However, it looks an impressive offering and the feedback I’ve had from friends & family is extremely positive. I was very excited to try some craft beers in a venue other than The Red Lion (healthy competition)! Sadly, first impressions were not great. I tried a couple of beers during the launch on Cricklade Festival day. Both the IPA’s I tried were too bitter for my palate. However, the response I had from the venue owner when I provided honest feedback was very open and receptive. I acknowledged they’d gone through a monster effort to get the bar ready for opening day and that the whole project was still very much in progress. They took time to understand and learn from me what my tastes are and if I had any recommendations. At the same time, I was keen to point out that this was just my personal opinion & humble acknowledging that I am just one consumer (from many that they served that day). I’m really pleased to see they’ve expanded their craft beer offering. They now stock Beavertown and Wildbeer on draft (I highly recommend the Bibble) and they’ve got an increasing selection of artisan beers in the fridge too. Great effort all round.

We had brunch at the Cricklade Club and it was wonderful. The food was fab, freshly made, really tasty and with a spin on some of the traditional items you might see for brunch. The Rancho Tostado's were awesome and I will definitely be having them again The team were warm, welcoming and attentive without being intrusive and the service overall was excellent. Very dog friendly and Maizy our dog was well looked after. A lovely space, open and relaxed and we'll be back before too long

We'd heard good things about this place so we popped in for a late lunch on a Tuesday. And we were very pleased we did. There were plenty of tables free and we had a good seat by the window. It was a very good brunch menu augmented by some interesting specials. In the end we both went for the braised spicy cauliflower taco with coleslaw, grilled halloumi, tomato salsa, advocado and salad. Unusual and delicious. I enjoyed a very thick vanilla shake and my wife had a very nice glass of Sauvignon Blanc. This place is closed on a Monday, but open every other day of the week, although opening times vary so do check. This was good inventive tasty food in a pleasant setting with great service at a sensible price. I have no doubt we'll be back again.

An exceptional venue in the heart of Cricklade, serving delicious fresh food to order, along with a great range of drinks. All this served by friendly, polite and professional team. Next time I'll take a picture of my food too before I've ate it!

Great food and lovely setting. They have a good range of food and cater very well for vegetarians. I have eaten here many times and recommend everything!!!!! The food is cooked fresh and tastes delicious. During the day the place is great for breakfast brunch and lunch. In the evening they often have live acts which is great. This is a great place to come for a romantic meal, catch up with friends or even some alone time. Definitely recommend

Visited here a few times now, food has always been great, as has the service. Visited for breakfast and evening drinks, both times the atmosphere has been great. Prices are very good. Plus there are a good range of vegetarian options. Less vegan options but some items can be changed to vegan if required. Overall a lovely place, very much worth a visit.

We went for brunch and ordered the eggs balmoral (pictured), vegetarian tacos, scrambled eggs with tomatoes, and scrambled eggs with sausages. Everything was delicious and made with very high quality, local ingredients. Might not be the cheapest place around, but you get what you pay for, and in that respect it's good value. The place is cosy and has a lot of light and fresh air. The staff are all friendly, all attentive and they cater well to families. 9/10.

Stumbled across this place while staying down the road. Food was mega, we sat outside which was near a car park but the inside was really nice Great selection of breakfast foods, I had the salmon and eggs which I must say was absolutely delicious, compliments to the chef because it was one of the best breakfast meals I've ever eaten, salmon fillet was massive and smoked to perfection. My other half had the granola and that was delicious too. Well worth a visit if your staying nearby however I can imagine it gets quite busy, we were a walk in and managed to get somewhere though Staff really friendly, our waitress even advised on a few things to do in the local area, would defo return!!!

Akin to an Aussie cafe- absolutely fabulous food. Not far off the main A roads and well worth the detour. Relaxed vibe, great food- what’s more to want.

Been several time and always been impressed with the coffee and eggs and bacon. Had the Huevos Ranchons which tasted lovely. The only minor was it was not warm enough and cold mid way through. Still loved eating it! 😂

Lovely venue - really busy so some food unavailable- but staff offered smaller portion at reduced price, or recommended other suitable products. Worth a visit.

There is something about their sourdough toast and jam that makes me just want to go back for more. They are not a one trick pony either. Their bacon, egg and sausage combination was good (sausage could have looked a little more cooked) and their coffee was good. Returning soon

Visited after a walk around North Meadow and had nice brunch. It was about 1.30 and most of the specials were finished, so looks like you need to get there early! Lovely food we tried cauliflower taco (delicious) and breakfast muffin.

The best stop in Cricklade by far. I've been a few times now and it has always been outstanding - the food, the service, the drinks and especially the staff. It's always such a warm, welcoming atmosphere and the staff do really well to make you feel completely welcome and at home. There's a great, rotating selection of craft beers and ciders topped off by a wide range of bottled drinks, and also the best coffee for miles around, all served up with a smile. The food also deserves a special mention: not only can you watch it be prepared through the open partition, but it's also wonderful. There's a regular cast of delicious dishes and also a constantly-changing specials board where the kitchen team really let loose and create some amazing dishes, such as the sesame-crusted seared tuna salad I've attached a photo of. I'd also highly recommend eggs in the woods, the braised beans and the spiced cauliflower tacos from the regular menu, which are all firm favourites. There's a good selection of vegan and vegetarian food, and the kitchen also cater very well for allergies such a gluten. Even some of their indulgent brownies (which should not be missed) are vegan and gluten-free. If you haven't much time, you can also get most of the food and hot drinks to go, which is all packaged in eco-friendly containers. It can get busy, so ringing to book is probably a good idea of you're a larger party, or going at peak times. It's the best place to stop for food in Cricklade, and much better than anywhere in Swindon, too. Well worth a trip to visit.
