The Moelwyn - Criccieth - Photo album

The Moelwyn is overlooking the beach and the views of Black Rock and the Castle are worth the trip. Breakfast was good and there was a good choice to have. We are in the restaurant and the menu offered a choice of dishes. The food was served hot and the quality of the food was very good. Prices were
We wanted a Sunday lunch and enquired, beautiful Sunday roast dinner and delicious bread and butter pudding. The owner and staff were very friendly. Lovely position with a view of the sea. Would highly recommend it, and will visit again on our Sunday outings.
Prime spot facing the sea. Hosts Tom and Amelia made us really welcome. Had Sunday lunch which was very reasonable. Spent the evening on the terrace with bottle of wine. Couldn't fault anything. Will return. Thanks Steve for breakfast really looked after us
Popped in for a Sunday lunch today with family. It was perfect, lamb was so tender, Yorkshires were huge, empty plates all round.
Wonderful friendly atmosphere, home from home with excellent food. Don't give this one a miss....

Great place to stay. Warm welcome. Food excellent. Fabulous views. Would go again. Recommended -thanks for guys for a wonderful relaxing holiday.
Lovely location with stunning views. Breakfast was great. Can imagine it's even better when bar and restaurant are operational. Book in advance for local restaurants as they are busy. Castle chippy is awesome. And ice cream man on the front is amazing
A lovely little gem. Lovely staff/ owner. Polite, curious, attentive. Fresh well cooked home produce. Competitive rates. But its worth paying for goid quality local business's.
This is how to do it. Friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you. The food was lovely as was the hard working and very efficient waitress. The room was beautifully turned out and spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend this place and will most definitely return.
Me and my now ex girlfriend have been here twice. We love it here. They are so friendly and the rooms are so nice. Also situated perfectly in the town. In the room we had you could see the sea from the window. Top notch. If I was in the area again I would definetly be coming back.
Our favorite restaurant in the UK and that says a lot. Wished we lived nearer, always lovely welcome and delicious meals. After visiting again recently for my Wife's Birthday 16th June, absolutely superb again, and at short notice reserved the window seat for us. Beautiful evening, thank you again
A little gem of a restaurant right in the corner of the front at Criccieth. Menu's are lovely as are the staff. Views from our small terrace table were stunning across the beach & tiny harbour. The interior tables looked equally presented with simple contemporary tables, chairs & furnishings. Altoge
Very nice lunch tempura prawns.
Beautiful family owned hotel, passionate about every detail, but above all their customers. The food is amazing and the cosy interior is an invite to relaxing. Certainly one of the best places we've been in the past 5 years.
