One of the better KFC meals I have had. Good crisp chicken, fries and chicken not swimming in oil. Service was so so, no smile or small talk which could be improved. Atmosphere, non-existent.

Tables are cleaned quickly.
It gets very busy at peak times, and with the limited seating area, it can mean you don't get a table, so at times, it is better for a takeaway.

Staff are okay, busy, and not that talkative. They just want your order, and that's it. But I find it like this at most KFC stores now.

Nice clean restaurant, it serves a variety of chicken dishes. Staff are friendly and food is served quickly. Would recommend.
As KFCs go we've never had a bad experience here. Often pop in while on the M5 driving back from Devon to the Midlands. We usually drive thru but have eaten in and it's been clean. There are occasionally groups of uncared for looking children and young teens causing trouble in and around the shopping park as a whole and the usual 'boy racers' zooming around the car parks and the drive thru later in the evening.
Took my children here on a Saturday evening. A customer was unhappy with the wait time (I didn't think it was long) and was abusive towards some staff. I was very impressed with how they handled it
Good sized KFC with a drive-thru facility. Part of The Venue complex not far from The Mall shopping centre.
OK for a fast food restaurant. Of all of them, I would say KFC is probably better than all of them
The vegan imposter burger was great, I liked the wrap too, but the burger really had that KFC taste I remember. If you are lucky enough to be near one of the few places trialing the vegan options, I would highly recommend it.
Been there a few times sometimes there chicken isn't on point does job when your hungry
Called in on the way back home. Polite staff. Clean environment. Food and coffee was served hot, so all good.
