My wife & I both use powered wheelchairs. The manager took care of us throughout. Firstly he prepared a table & moved chairs away so that we could easily get to the table. I have coeliac disease & my wife has numerous allergies. Nothing was too much trouble & the menu was chopped & changed to suit our needs. I can honestly say I had the best meal out for a long time. The steak was tender & tasty, the chips excellent, with a very fresh salad. My wife had similar & also thoroughly enjoyed it. The pricing was very reasonable & we found they had a promotional offer of 30% off. We will most definitely be returning.
Brillliant! The staff and management have an excellent understanding of customer service. I have visited here countless times and they have never failed to deliver.
People... now listen! If u have a problem during your visit, just politely voice your conserns to them. They are more than capable of resolving your issue without you writing elaborate and negative anonymous reviews.
The food is far better value for money than nearly anything you can get in what is, lets remember, a ridiculously busy shopping center!
If you need help id recommend the southern fried chicken flat bread :-)

Had a slight mix up with the order as they forgot to make one lunch (said only one was put through till so miss communication somewhere!) Very quickly rectified and delivered with a smile and best of all free of charge. Very nice staff, very clean and pleasant atmosphere. Will be back again soon, Thank u
Lovely coffee, good menu & food. Expanded for evenings on Friday & Saturday. Near shops at Emerson Green too. Parking ok & wheelchair access.
Staff lovely, great food, full of flavour, lovely to have in a shopping mall instead of typical fast food. A must try !
