Went for a family birthday meal. Staff were brilliant - attentive but not over bearing, smiling and genuinely nice. Great menu selection and portion sizes were bigger than expected! Our 9 & 10yo loved it which is a great testament to the venue. Loved the background music being replaced by "happy birthday" when firework laden desserts arrived! We'll definitely see you again :-)

Well done Frankie & Benny's Cribbs Causeway. I had booked a large table for my daughter's Hen Night. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a courtesy call on the afternoon of the booking. There on in Lee was most helpful. Our server was great, think her name is Emine, apologies if wrong. So friendly and patient. On top of all that, they presented my daughter with a couple of surprises too. I can honestly say I don't think there were any issues with food and given there were 13 in all, nobody was left waiting. Once again , thank you Lee and co.
We had a great meal out, frankie and bennies are always great with my dairy allergy! Big shout out to Andrea who was friendly and welcoming! She even made me a special dessert because the vegan dessert i wanted wasnt in stock! Many Thanks
We visited Frankie and Benny's yesterday and had a very enjoyable lunch,the service was excellent from two very friendly and helpful waitresses called Megan and Melody.Nothing was to much trouble.The food arrived in a very short time.The Restaurant is very clean and tidy but more than has a good atmosphere.The bathrooms are well maintained.I highly recommend this place.

Came here after a disastrous TGI’s visit; Frankie’s is a stark contrast, the service from the team was great and the milkshakes were great. We will be back for food next time and not just milkshakes.

Our waitress, Melody was wonderfully friendly, cheerful and helpful. Very relaxed atmosphere. Not rushed at all. Tables cleared quickly. Would definitely return.
We visited with friends over from Australia that we haven't seen for 12 years. The service was fabulous. Our children were given activity sheets and colouring, the servers (Rolla and Melodie) were so attentive and were happy to give us time to chat, to take the childrens orders first and us order slightly later. We were not hassled to hurry up, the servers were attentive and the general manager (Chelsea) kept checking in and had a banter, took pictures for us and everyone generally made us feel welcome alongside the meal being delicious. All questions about the menu were answered and they even charged a phone for us. Truly a delightful experience and we will be back. Thank you 😊

My family and I visited this restaurant yesterday 17/6/23 our server Elif was welcoming, polite, and attentive. We had a very pleasant meal, served in good time..it was very well presented, and lovely and hot!
We ordered drinks as well as jugs of water.. we were all very warm!
The restaurant was very pleasant to sit in with the air on working well to keep us cool and comfortable..
After our food arrived I specifically asked for some coleslaw.. and I later learnt that the manager had sourced some from a neighbouring restaurant as they were sold out! I was truly blown away by the lengths that the staff went to to make our experience as enjoyable as it was!
It’s hard to find a restaurant now-a-days where you can go and have such a lovely overall experience!
The team went above and beyond and I feel they need recognition for their hard work! This is not the first visit we made.. and due to a pleasant experience the first time, we returned and the standard was just as good!

Food was good, tight parking in the evenings. Most staff was good but one seem to be in rush. A bit dirty caps of sauces bottles, may be due to staff shortage. Lighting could be better.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Despite an initial hiccup with our order, which was quickly corrected, food came out in excellent time.

Loved the vegan mac and cheese in this lovely, lively, casual restaurant with great decor and brilliant music. Very impressed with the 'invisible fries' option to donate to charity and the varied menu with vegan options. We had the best waitress ever - Melody - who was fast, friendly and super efficient. She really cared and made our evening perfect.

After being let down by TGI's we walked across to F&B to see if we could get a table. We were seen to quite quickly and although they were busy they did seat us straightaway. The food was great, service was quick and the staff were friendly.
