Went for lunch on weekday. Took advantage of the two meals for £12.99 daytime offer, so bill for 5 adults and one child (kids meal) was about £55 (no drinks). One of the adults bought a steak. The portions for the daytime offer are smaller than full price meals but still a good size. Meals shown in

Lovely, friendly staff always make you feel welcome. The food is good for the most part, with large portions and tasty deserts too. My only gripe was that sometimes the food was not hot enough, and sometimes it was nuclear.

We went for our lunch, the pub is lovely felt very spacious. A bit of a wait when entering not many staff around, but they were lovely once they saw us. Food was nice, a bit pricey for basic pub grub but as it was our anniversary and I had a money off voucher which put it at a more reasonable price
