A nice place to take the kids but disappointed to see that the soft play area was closed which caused a huge issue for our 5yr old. We stayed and ordered a few items and overall it was good but needs new menus and a bit of upkeep to remain as one of the hotspots in Crawley. The location is good, at the end of the high street and is under the hotel, so great for residents there. I will know for next time not to pay for parking at the old Morrisons as customers can use the iPads style machine in Creams to get free parking.

A great evening trip to creams. My host Mohammed made me feel welcome. Our desserts came quickly and were well presented. Most importantly they tasted great.

A place to visit just for desserts and treats, what a great idea!!! I took my children there earlier on today, just to see what it is like. We were greeted in a friendly manner and offered a menu. I didn't fancy anything sweet so I just had coffee, my kids enjoyed their slushie and chocolate gelato. Staff were very friendly and polite. Tables were promptly cleared after each customer. An excellent service all round. We will definitely be visiting again.

Best Waffle in the town 🧇 If you like chocolate then Royale Waffle is the one you need to order. I'd also recommend Strawberry and Banana.

Great desserts, friendly service, quick turnaround after ordering, recommended as a treat for children and adults! Having only one till operative on meant a bit of a queue.

Super delicious food! The price is quite fair for the amount of food you get. Staff is quite nice. The menus are pretty big and with way too many options, sometimes you can get a bit lost with it, but I mean, it's food, so the hard part is just choosing one. Overall, a great experience!

Great selection and good quality gelato. The only letdown was when I asked for some ice in a glass of water (it was a hot/humid day), the staff member bluntly said they didn't have ice. I found this quite odd, considering it was an ice cream parlour 🤣 However, I recognise they could have run out.

Not a bad place. Was in from Reigate off the train and came down toward the leisure park near here. Extremely sugary, but it's to be expected. Plan on having quite a bit of water after. Staff were decent, although a little slow to act. Most seemed young, so I can sort of understand. The ice cream was creamy, very soft serve and flavorful with no odd aftertastes. The main options we got were the cookies and it was hot and seemed fresh. This is definitely a treat for once in a blue moon as the sugar content is massive. Kudos to the coffee ice cream. I'm not a fan of espresso based ice creams, but this one was really good. Not a bad value. We ended up spending less than we expected.

Good place for an indulgent treat. We have been a few times and the service has always been quick. Yesterday we received the order less than 10 minutes after ordering it. Shame it has become increasingly more and more expensive with most of the options averaging around the £7 mark for something that is just a treat and has no nutritional value.
