The staff at Food Court Costa Coffee is amazing and very friendly. I have been to this location quite a few times and I have always found them to be very polite and always has a smile. Great team. Keep up the good work.
Love it here! Friendly and fast service! Ample room to sit, comfy quiet place to work a bit with a coffee in hand. Tasty food too. They do hot meals as well as cakes.
Popped in for a quick cuppa while waiting for the shops to open, tea was good, cake was good 😊
Disappointed that you don't sell packets of mini waffles they are my favourite, big one's are not nice to share please bring them back
Young lad called Casper in Crawley , County Mall shop was up to his eyeballs but took time to check out allergy files for the drink my son wanted , for peanut allergy info - He was very busy , but took me aside , introduced himself to me , and explained he'd be very happy to help , telling me he'll wash everything he'd be using to make the drink , to ensure no cross contamination . This kid is an absolute credit to his Company , no whinging , no whining, no eye rolling , just happy to help , even when clearly busy and under pressure 👍
This place is wonderful I have been coming here for 3 years and I can tell you this place is doing good the staff is amazing and the coffee is delightfully

Really nice touch as we recieved a mini chocolate with each coffee. Was busy as it was a Saturday and the staff were rushed off their feet, but still smiled and was friendly.
