Typically busy coffee shop due to prime retail park location.Limited seating somewhat but excellent interior design and use of space;very well designed big tall windows around building.Staff very welcoming,helpful,friendly and professional with excellent work ethic despite the busyness.Just one large toilet room here;would be better to have more but could be due to lack of space for this;having said that;it is adequate for the coffee shop generally.Excellent coffee shop in brilliant location as useful for both shoppers and workers at manor royal industrial centre.

I visit this Costa most mornings. Staff are always pleasant and polite. I usually order on route and collect on arrival which works great for saving time on my way in to work in the mornings. On the odd occasion that I have a little extra time and the weather on my side I'll hang around and make use of the outside seating to enjoy my coffee in sunshine and peace before everywhere else at County Oak gets crazy busy. Everything you'd expect on site, hot/cold food and drinks, snacks and customer toilets. All flat surface and accessible.

Good little coffee shop for a quick coffee and bite to eat. Its in a shopping centre so lots of parking. Got outside and inside seating. Seems to be a few people using it for meetings and work. Got a good variety of food and drinks. The staff are friendly and service is fast. @SAFFA_FOODIE
