We used the KFC app that links upto the self service machines in store. We could use the rewards and deals from the app through the machine. Very user friendly. However we did get two small gravies instead of the large.
Stopped for lunch with kids. Ordered using the self service machines. Small amount of inside seating, wasn't too busy. Food was service quickly and was hot.
