It's expensive, but nice, although always out of alot of stuff, advertise the apple frapp but then don't have it same with pumpkin spice, the loss of stars if for this reason, they advertise all these lovely drinks and then never Have the ingredients to make them

Stopped by this Starbucks after my holiday and fair to say it was an amazing way to end the holiday. Served by a lovely lady called caitlin who made the whole experience very personal who was very warm and friendly. Didn’t catch the name of the man who made the drink but it was very good- perfect te
Just your average Starbucks. Great for work or great for a coffee and a natter. Staff quite dismissive and unattentive

It's a Starbucks so its pretty much the same as other Starbucks, can get very busy and staff are hard pushed to fill orders. Due to location no parking is available close by making it impossible if driving to pop in for a quick takeaway.
The staff did incredibly well that day, they were a coffee machine down and were training a new team member! They were calm and composed, providing excellent customer service 👍
Excellent service , fab food and drinks, loving the Halloween screaming cherry, although they had to modify the drinks with strawberry and cream but with the cherry topping, I can say it was just as tasty. Definitely had a great mini break from shopping would highly recommend you try, The cakes look
A nicely sized Starbucks with comfortable seating. They accidentally gave my order to someone else so I had to wait for a long time.

Interior is a bit grubby and could do with a wipe down and some TLC. Lots of previously occupied tables covered with discarded cups, wrappers, etc.
