Can't start shopping without my coffee and cake .Costa is my favourite place to go .Their salted caramel frappe with coffee and cream is a winner on a hot day.Or a caramel latte if its a bit chilly. The staff are all amazing and need to be bigged up for what they do

A guy from Costa (didn't check his name, but it was a morning shift on St Patrick's day 2023) impressed me this morning by handing me my coffee before I even ordered it! This may be a little thing (to remember a frequent customer's choice), but it definitely had a good impact on my QoE.

Love going to Costa Coffee, barristers are always friendly. Unfortunately my phone is set to Spain (my home country) so I am unable to gather the online rewards from the play store...
The staff are always friendly and make you feel very welcome. Alma is a lovely lady she always greats you with a smile and remembers what I order. The place is always clean and tidy. It's my favourite costa.
Great job from manager at this particular costa coffee place! She’s great and her staff is lovely! All the team is really welcoming and always remember what we want! Always a meeting point before a long day at work. Recommend for sure!
Lovely friendly staff, good range of foods to go with your drink. Clean seating areas and tables. Not too busy on a Monday afternoon either.
