Went to the Harvester yesterday with my wife and the kids for a birthday meal and found it a very enjoyable experience. We were served by the fantastic Tamas, who even though he was extremely busy, was attentive, funny and charming. When I mentioned it was the wife's birthday he insisted that she ordered a dessert. When it came out it had a candle in it and he sang happy birthday to the wife which really made her day! Even though Tamas was running round from table to table taking orders and clearing tables we never felt neglected, and the food that we ordered was delicious (and piping hot). The only regret is that we couldn't give the waiter a bigger tip. 6 stars!
Went as a last minute meal out, we were greeted by Tamas who turned out to be our server. I wouldn't have wanted anyone else he was very chatty, funny and likeable. He was running around the floor and working very hard. Please give him our thanks for an enjoyable evening.
The food was the usual standard harvester, good quality and not overly expensive.
2 refillable drinks, two starters, two mains and a coffee and dessert came to £48 definitely not expensive.
I would like to apologise to Tamas because we didn't leave as big a tip as we wanted but only had a bit of cash, if we come in again we'll have to give you a bigger tip!

I wanted to make you aware of how amazingly kind and caring the staff were in your Crawley Harvester restaurant last night.
We arrived for some dinner- followed by an elderly couple.
After a few mins they both started to get distressed. The lady has recently had a stroke and wasn't feeling well, wanting to leave the restaurant. Her husband kept telling her she couldn't leave because the food hadn't come but she wasn't understand this and just wanted to go. She kept getting up trying to leave. Staff came over to check they were okay and decided it would be best to prepare the food and let them have it as a takeaway. The lady was insisting on a taxi being phoned for them straight away.
The man gave over some details for a taxi to be called and then became upset and distressed about the whole situation.
A chef came out from the kitchen to go and see them and said they didn't need a taxi, he would personally drive them home.
The staff bent over backwards to ensure they were okay and it is so lovely to see there are such caring and compassionate people in this world.
It was a very sad situation to watch but to see the staff rallying around, trying to keep them calm, help them and sort what was a very stressful situation for the couple in this situation- I feel this needs to be acknowledged.

Out to harvester for our friends 50th birthday . The staff at your restaurant were kind and helpful and very cheerful . This is the first harvester where I had a good meal and the staff were great at their jobs .thank you .
Fantastic food with outstanding quality. Very happy waitress who was very helpful. First time I have gone out to eat and finished everything. I will definitely return.
We went in to have a family meal at lunch time, the staff were very friendly and courteous to us all. The food was great as well.
A great place to eat. Lovely food and excellent service despite being short staffed we didn't have to wait any longer than any fully staffed establishment. It was a great night and would certainly go there again.
My wife and I recently visited Harvester and enjoyed their delicious burgers and the option of unlimited salad with main course. The burgers were tasty and satisfying, and the unlimited salad added a refreshing touch to the meal. However, we found the overall experience to be average. The cost of around £40 for two people seemed a bit expensive, and we didn’t feel that the value matched the price. While the food was enjoyable, the higher cost impacted our perception of the experience. It would have been beneficial if the pricing was more reasonable. Nevertheless, the quality of the burgers and the availability of unlimited salad were definite highlights of our visit.
From the moment we arrived we were treated with brilliant service. The manager Katie was so kind and polite. Food was put together very well and all meals came out with no problems. Salad cart was full and maintained. Drinks were flowing nicely and all staff were happy. I know this Harvester hasn’t had the best reputation however I can truly see the new management making a big effort to change that. Katie was wonderful. Me and my friends will be returning next time we need our salad cart and bbq chicken stack fix!!!
Food is always good, it is always the same food. Service is ok, the staff are always really friendly, my only issue would be that there is always a lack of urgency to do anything (take orders, clear plates, get the bill, pay) if that could be addressed it would be a really good dining experience.
Was served by Danni. She came to us quickly and quickly seated us. She quickly came to take our order and we got a food quickly. She kept checking back on us and couldn't do enough for us honestly. The food was amazing, we will definitely be back! Thank you Danni!!!

Waitress was lovely, helpful. Restaurant was clean and welcoming.
On the downside our chips were a little bit under cooked. Rest of meal was great.

I believe his name was Draimon who cooked our meal. I visited with my little brother and the kitchen accommodated us so well.
Ribs were juicy and tender and the kids meal was absolutely excellent. Well done to Draimon and his team! Couldn't of asked for a better place to eat.
I came here two years ago with my partner for his birthday and the wait staff weren't all that great, and the food was so so.
Come back today and not only were the staff helpful, friendly and welcome. The food was amazing, delicious, fresh, cooked to perfection and the meats were lovely and succulent. And gammon was glazed just right with salt not drowned in salt.
I definitely will come back hers again and recommend The Harvester Crawley it's a major improvement since 2019. Great clean friendly environment and top quality food and drink with reasonable price cost.
Service was super fast and very friendly. Very extensive diner type of menu. Currently they have a Xmas special menu with fewer starters and mains as well as dessert choices for a special price and the usual full menu is still available ofcourse. The salad buffet is included and unlimited. It does not have a huge variety of choices but sufficient and they were all fresh. My tomato soup was good and my pork spare ribs were amazing. Fall off the bone tender and very tasty. Unfortunately they didn't have coke zero. Will definitely go back next time I'm in the area.

Just celebrated my daughters birthday today with a group of her disabled friends. The staff were wonderful, helpful and understanding.
The food was very tasty but the salad bar needed filling. Will definitely return.
