Delicious authentic chinese food at very reasonable prices. The service was quick as well. I would especially recommend the house special chow mein and beef with cashew nuts, my personal favourites.

I am in the area on business and decided to use this restaurant due to the mostly good reviews. I had the set meal for one which seemed to be good value at £12.80. The food was still piping hot after the 8 minutes walk back to my hotel. All dishes were excellent with a very tasty Chicken Chop Suey.
We order a Chinese from here once a week and I have no complaints! Duck is lovely, the spicy chicken with chilli and garlic is 10/10 along with the chips!! Wouldn’t go elsewhere
Arguably one of the best chinese takeaways in Crawley. Definitely a cut above the average chinese restaurants/takeaways you find. We order from here regularly.
First time ordering from New Lotus House tonight, delivery was very fast. Food was nice and hot when arrived. All the dishes I ordered was well flavoured and will definitely order from here again.

It's a takeaway, but they have the largest and the nicest spring rolls I've ever had, also the rest of their food is amazing! I've been here a few times and never had a bad experience
