Booked a table for my daughters 12th birthday last night. The service wasnt incredibly fast but we left enough time and the food/desert came quickly. Was fairly busy for a wednesday night.
I mentioned to our waitress it was my daughters birthday and with no prompting when they bought out our desert it had candles and everyone sang happy birthday! It was a lovely gesture. Thank you very much. The food was great too and we had a lovely time!
Myself and my friend go to Bella Italia in Crawley most weeks after a trip to the cinema . We have never had a bad experience there .. The food is always lovely and hot and the service is great . In fact one waitress even remembers the wine we like .. Great customer service and great prices as we quite often receive a code for money off .
It was 1st class food and service, and made even better by the waiters who couldn’t have done more for you ,and would recommend Bella Italia to all my friends
Delicious food and drinks with a great variety in menu choices. I had the carbonara and couldn't fault it!! Brilliant menu choices for kids too. Will definitely visit again.

Quality food with a good serving portion. A fair selection of gelatos with at least three different flavours was the best to complete a meal.
Really enjoyed a meal at Bella Italia. The 'kids eat for £1' deal was amazing. Our waitress was really kind. Other server was a bit snappy but overall service was patient and swift. Ambience was a bit basic. Honestly we had a great meal.
Juanita was absolutely amazing!!! service with a smile always goes a long way. Really got me in the mood for my holiday! Made us feel very welcome. She definitely needs a pay rise or to be a high manger! Nothing was too much trouble for her and really went above and beyond Thank you Juanita will definitely be back!
Really cosy and nice place to dine in. Service is good and friendly nice people there. Food was great. We had lazania, mushrooms and pizza. The taste is really good, serving quantity good. Pizza base is thin, like real italian pizza, loved it. The only thing is I didnt feel any truffle oil on it. Tiramisu is superb. Very delicious. Of course coming back again to try other tasty italian food :)
For a chain restaurant, I was really impressed. Me and my 12 year old twins had great, attentive service from the team and all our food tasted fresh and well cooked.
I had Gamberoni and there were plenty of prawns which were cooked to perfection - succulent and firm, really tasty.
The twins had pizza and ate the lot! Again, the pizza was cooked really well and all the toppings were generous and fresh.
You don't often find chain restaurants take pride in their food but this team are exceptional. I will absolutely be coming back 🤤
Service here was friendly but it felt a little as if they were understaffed for the number of tables - it was busy, but there was lots of empty tables so it was a little unfortunate we had to wait quite a long time (15 minutes before being asked for drink orders, another ten to get a children's menu). When the waiting staff spoke to us they were very welcoming and polite, I imagine if they weren't rushed off their feet they would have been more attentive.
Food was really good. Tasty, decent portion sizes and value for money. The Chef team are clearly doing a great job.
I wasn't keen on the atmosphere but that's more down to me; very family orientated due to the location so lots of noise. Not great if you want a quiet meal but probably perfect if you have the whole family with you.
It was an amazing early dinner 🍽️ the food was delicious, perfect I like the chicken I choose super crispy, all our food was delicious
The service was fast, friendly in my calculation I don't think they have enough staff because the food we order the chef delivery it and my cousin said the server take order she recognised the voice I think that's a manager very hardworking specially busy day

Took my son and his friends for a pizza. Super quick service from the guys in the kitchen. Marie our waitress was really professional and super friendly. Great time had by all. Much appreciated.
Amazing food, always very fresh and tasty. Staff is also very friendly and accommodating. Our 2 years-old loves the food there too, the kids menu is extremely good.
The food is really nice, and they do gluten free options! The music is very loud so you cannot talk to the people around you, the main meal came extremely fast, however our desert took quite a while. I got the gluten free Prosciutto Buffalo and regretted not just getting the margarita as there were very little toppings for the price and it was thrown on making it very hard to eat. Despite this, the pizza itself was really tasty.
The gluten free cookie dough was amazing though!
