Breakfast is a solid 4 star. Dinner is good but a little pricey. The star is next door in URBAN CAFÉ. Excellent food ... London prices but not to make your eyes water. 6 or 7 visits and I'd have to be picky to fault it. Casual in comparison.
Such a lovely dinner. Massive portions of quality food, we shared a starter and still only got half way through our mains. The service was also lovely from every member of staff. Thankyou all for a great start to our holiday.
Exceptional value for money with carefully balanced and well presented dishes.
The waiting staff are a credit, working hard to add a personal touch to what is an impersonal corporate airport hotel, in which they surpass expectations.

A fantastic way to start our holiday. Excellent friendly (European service) not surly English take it or leave it. The food was excellent, crab and lobster small to start. We shared the starter. For centre we had Cornish lamb French style and an Italian style belly of pork. For dessert a sticky toff

Surprisingly excellent! Pleasantly surprised by both the service, which was excellent - given by my waitress Oana. And the food was very flavourful, well prepared and presented - nothing to fault at this ubiquitous airport hotel.
