Absolutely lovely. The staff are cheerful and actually talk to you. Good and helpful service, clean and warm. This is so different to other Costa's, they didn't bat an eyelid when a vulnerable person in a dinosaur costume came in. Well done to them

I go into Costa Coffee in Cranleigh quite regular. They make very good coffees exactly how I expect coffee to taste. Great coffee and snacks. It was a pit stop on our cycle route, the lady serving us even offered to refill our water bottles as it was a hot day. Highly recommended
