Ordered from here few times only once dissapointed but now no complaints.
You do get confirmation email regarding your order which is through there website.
Also given a round about time when delivery will be made.
Always pleasant delivery and "hope you enjoy your food" which I think is nice just gives that little bit extra don't have to but to me it's appreciated. Would reccomend ordering ordering food. My speciality is chip shop which a good fish is what I'm paying for this place delivered just that. Not sure about friendly service inside but delivery yes.
After several very disappointing meals from other local takeaways, I was extremely pleased with my food from here.
Beautiful fresh pizza. The bases were some of the nicest I've had for a long while. I will definitely be back soon.

Decent size portions on the kebabs but the portion of chips was tiny!! Good quality kebabs would deffo get again
Ordered from here yesterday....fast on delivery pipping hot wen it came the large kebab was beautiful huge portion and so fresh. The salad was so fresh and tasty. The sauces were lovely and the cod bites were amazing and the chips were lovely too. 10 out of 10 will defo be ordering again.
Absolutely. Love this place. We drive 15 miles to go here and it's well worth it. The kebab meat is by far the best in the north east. Great staff amazing food. Absolutely spotless inside. I could go on all day but in essence..... Just do it lol its gorgeous. Pizza. Burgers fish and chips tried and tested

Been going to this place for as long as I can remember (mainly for their kebab). Proper chip shop food, cooked well every time and for a decent price. Shop looks very impressive since the revamp with the menu's on TV screens and a spacious queuing area and was always clean and tidy even before the revamp. I will continue to be a returning customer
My daddy was very poorly in cramlington hospital on my parents anniversary and all they wanted was some fish and chips! I could've driven back home to Whitley bay but by the time I'd be back the meal would've been cold so I tried high pit fish and grill and I was delighted with the place! Apart from the food being amazing the staff even cut up the food for my parents! The shop is so clean, the staff are plentiful and polite and happy to help. I'm so thankful to them for helping me give my parents (78 and 82 and daddy is in heart failure) such a simple thing. It means so much to me and I highly recommend them. 😁
The young lass behind the counter was very friendly and had a lot of patients waiting on me deciding between curry sauce or gravy after it'd taken me so long to decide between smokey or cod bite anyways. Food was made to order and very good portions.
