Food - our friends and family have enjoyed somewhere north of 50 meals in 20 years here Service - nice and quick! Atmosphere - even better when you turn up drunk 😎

Ordered food for collection, was informed it would be 10 to 15 minutes, arrived shirt time later to find my order ready to go. Food is always hot, staff friendly, even when it is busy. Had a lovely chicken in batter with orange sauce and fried rice and prawn crackers.

Food is great, not important to many, but one of the only places can get a full-size spring roll and bbq spare ribs. Highly recommend 👌

One of the best Chinese takeaways in Cramlington. Has been here for over twenty years and had regularly been providing good food. I don't know about the delivery service as I always go to the shop but the food is always piping hot and we've never had a bad order.

Char sui and mushroom is so tasty. Plenty of good quality (no fat) pork.. through no fault of the establishment, bored kids decided to make a nuisance of themselves, and took no notice of staff when asked to leave. Felt sorry for staff having to put up with this.

I have been using Lotus house for years now. Food and service is good. I think it's the best chinise in the area
