A large subway with plenty of seating. I've visited here lots of times and the staff are always pleasant and friendly. They always have gf bread options for me and are amazing at wiping down the counters and changing gloves etc. Staff are amazing 👏 always love my little subway visits here! ❤️
Perfect in every way as far as Subway goes. The store was immaculate. Displays were fully stocked. There was no wait whatsoever to be served and my sandwich was made exactly as I wanted/expected. My usual order contains a couple of 'off-menu' requests ( double salad, mix of cheeses) and these were accommodated without issue. Nice girl behind the counter, was a pleasant visit all round.
Well it’s the first time I’ve enjoyed a
12 inch sandwich from your store normally it’s made horrible from your other stores but this time It was made perfectly and tasted just perfect. It’s all because of Victoria and Katey who worked on it. Amazing staff who always so helpful. 100% recommend Cramlington
Best subway I’ve ever been in, staff are always extremely friendly. Especially Rosy, Matty and Leighann (New lad Gary had just started and he was a top bloke too)
Couldn’t recommend this branch enough.
Good experience service-wise. Couldn't get out fast enough though due to customers not wearing masks and moving closer and closer to me everyime I moved away. Didn't appear to have breathing problems as he managed to talk constantly on his phone the whole time he was in he shop.
Perfect, not so crowded. But need to enforce mask wearing. One customer didn't have it on, again it could be an exceptional case but start need to ask that question still. Good is always great there.
Nice sandwich was cash only due to problem with machine tho!! when we were there which I bet was a bit annoying for the customers who came in and had to leave but there is a cash machine just around the corner which would have been useful to tell the customers cos when you need a sub you need a sub !!
A pretty standard subway, it has more seating than some in a local area. It can get quite busy in peak times and sometimes there is not enough staff on. Staff however are very friendly and work their way through the line quickly. The sandwiches are always good. There was also toilet facilities on site and plenty of parking outside.
Staff where really helpful and food was amazing
I respect that the shop gets busy, but their job title sandwich artist occasionally is a stretch.
visited here at 16.30 today with my daughter only 1 member of staff in by herself until 10.30pm, she never once got stressed or flustered but was tired and a total star we left at 5pm and she had a queue of 7 people but just kept going she needs x2 wages for today.
