The staff were amazing and very knowledgeable and don't get me started on the cakes and scones cooked to perfection π and the hot chocolates are to die for so I know it's greedy but I had two hahaha. I advise anybody who loves cake scones and hot chocolate. Give them a visit very skilled baker's

My little boy was keen to celebrate his 7th birthday with a cinema trip in Cramlington but this wasn't really ideal for singing happy birthday and cutting the cake. I was keen to find a local cafe where I could buy a drink for all the guests and do the happy birthday bit. Muffin Break were fantastic! They reserved a little section of the cafe, let me bring my own cake and candles along and even provided some crafts accessories for the kids. It really finished off the day. Thanks so much!!
Perfectly placed in the centre of the shopping centre. Very good milkshakes and smoothies and delicious section of cakes. Lots on the menu to choose from and very friendly staff. The first time I came some children were helping run which is very nice to see. Very family friendly. Plus a positive is that they used paper straws to be eco friendly π
We had tea and a coffee hot and very nice too staff are very welcoming and friendly and helpful

I cant fault the coffee,muffins or the Manager,but the girl on the coffee machine is always miserable,never makes eye contact or smiles,think she should be told
