Best McDonalds ever, great staff and service, play area is brilliant for the grandkids, on Saturday my daughter left a bag and contents including her purse in the restaurant, she didn’t even realise until the next day, I visited and spoke to Business Manager Kim who was amazing, took my details, made enquiries and called me back later in the day having retrieved the bag/purse from the safe, happy daughter and happy customers. I’ve also previously received great service from Ernest who works tirelessly to keep the place clean and tidy and is so polite and helpful and Manager John who sorted out cancellation of a parking ticket when we stayed in the restaurant more than 90 minutes.

Took the granddaughter to McDonald's for a lunchtime Happy Meal. They were full and we were asked to wait approximately five minutes. In about three minutes, our table was ready. The lady helped me use the self service machine and our order was piping hot. The place was very clean and the staff were sanitising between customers. I was impressed.
Busy restaurant. Play area is massive and keeps the kids busy, just a pity some parents allow their kids to leave a mess. Staff were friendly and served fast at the table. Very clean given though.
Best macdonlds around the softplay area is great to keep little ones happy

Can't really comment on the atmosphere but judging by the food in the service it is 5 star as well. The addition of the soft Claire added to the building is great for the kids and also the parents that have 5 minutes piece lol
