ques when we went in but staff are quick but friendly so barely had a wait time. it was busy but we were able to find a table easily. drink and food were excellent, i had chicken toastie which i would recommend to anyone its the best one ive had. lovely atmosphere. we parked near to the place and have never had an issue being able to park close.

Busy coffee shop, nice atmosphere, service was good and efficient. Food was made quickly and nice but quite pricey for what it is.

A very grateful review to Abigail, from Costa Coffee, Cramlington ❤ on behalf of Asu, from Eat Clean in Whitley Bay. Asu is lactose intolerant and whilst waiting for hours in Cramlington hospital for his wife to give birth, Asu couldn't find anyway which did oatmeal latte. He eventually found Costa Cramlington and the lovely Abigail helped him out immediately 😀 huge thanks and very grateful 🙏
Usual costa not quite as friendly as some round the north east but ok, can't understand why a multi national company has different price's in different units!!????
Great place, went with shopping and a pushchair and they brought my drink to the table for me, very kind and helpful!

Visited Costa today and ordered an Americano coffee. I asked a staff member Ryan for an extra shot and he was very helpful and efficient, lovely place will definitely be back again.
