Had lunch here for the first time, our food was actually very good, unfortunately the place flooded due to a torrential downpour which tainted the experience somewhat so maybe better luck next time.

I went to this place for a daughters birthday, wow what can I say the experience was outstanding and will definitely recommend and return.
I had a dish of their blackboard special which was a seafood dish with sea bass wrapped in Parma ham and that was divine.
I didn’t know they have live music on as it started when we were leaving, but it looked really good and they were super busy definitely will have to return for this live music.
Overall experience was to die for and will be back very soon, well done sambuca keep it up 👍 and see you soon
Food is absolutely amazing here. Good portion sizes. The atmosphere was great. They had live music on sometimes or just had music on in the background. There is plenty of seating. The staff were super friendly. Didn't have to wait too long to get our food. Will definitely be going again.
Had the carvery it was nice but not hot enough. Definitely value for money .The staff went above and beyond and were really friendly. I definitely want to go back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Went for the cheap and cheerful before 5pm special, which for the money (£7.95) is pretty good, starter, pizza or pasta and ice-cream or coffee. I opted for the potato skins and pepperoni pizza, both of which are pretty good, no complaints. Had the filter coffee after and it's really just doesn't taste very nice.
Sunday lunch absolutely spot on. Clean friendly and service were sound hardly any waiting. The carrot cake and ice cream weren't bad either mmmmm.
Another lovely night at sambucas I took out my mam for dinner and what a gem❤️ food was perfect as usual and the service second to none we had a lovely waitress we tried to remember her name but we couldn’t she’s skinny and has black hair she was so polite and made sure everything was ok with our table. We had the carribean twist and blueberry sourz and am not gonna lie but for the price they are better than many other places. We booked a table for next friday as we want to see the entertainment

First time visiting here although members of our group had been before.
We went on a Thursday night as we were celebrating a birthday. The staff were lovely but although we booked and were on time there was a little wait for our table which we found out when we had already passed the bar and seating area so we just loitered at the top of the stairs for a few minutes.
The choice of food was incredible, so much pizza, pasta, chicken, salad etc. I had the meatballs but asked for a smaller portion and it was perfect, 2 really good sized meatballs and plenty of parmesan! The only thing I was disappointed about was they had ran out of 3 or 4 of the puddings which for a Thursday was a little odd to me. All in all a good meal and would definitely recommend going for a celebration
First time having sunday dinner here and it was nice enough. Carvery buffet set up. Hot food with plenty choice of meat and veg and huge yorkshire puddings. Would visit again, always get a friendly welcome here.
The carbonara is to die for. Been before and was well pleased this time went on a Friday tea time and it was very busy. Last time 1 waiter who seen to all our needs this time because it was so busy we had different waiters for everything so it was confusing. But the food is yummy

We had a family gathering prior to my neice and family returning to New Zealand . 15 of us aged between 87 and 3 . The service from all staff was exceptional. All positive and provided wonderful service. I would like to pay particular attention to one of your staff Chelsea. Chelsea not only gave us professional service but she made us so welcome ,taking time to talk to my mum . I want to say thankyou to all the staff at Cramlington You made a special gathering even more magical
