Gorgeous food lovely staff . Would highly recommend. Stayed next door at the premier inn so enjoyed a fabulous breakfast too.
Went on the sunday and got seated almost imediately staff were lovely and fair enough we had to wait about 25 mins for the meal but it was worth it we will go back as your made to feel very welcome and the food was lovely thanks guys x
Visited today as a party of 23 for breakfast. We were made to feel so welcome, the staff had set up an area for us to accommodate us and even had the tables decorated for our annual family xmas breakfast! It was well organised, and we even got a surprise visit from santa. We really cannot thank the staff enough for a lovely morning and will definitely be back!
We went for an anniversary meal on Saturday 15th, and it was the first time we'd been out since my husband had a stroke before Christmas. I'd asked for a wheelchair accessible table, which we got together with glasses with streamers and balloons- a great start to a great meal. Our waitress Olivia was really good, and the food was excellent, especially my sea bass in paper, thanks to chef Dave. We'd been a bit nervous beforehand, but we needn't have worried. Moor Farm Beefeater will get our business again.
Came in for a meal late ish on A Thursday night Got seated straight away but took a little while for order to be taken especially when it was quiet. Meals didn't take much longer to come than any other restraunt. Meat was lovely and all was hot when it arrived. Only thing was I had to shout the waitress back as she forgot to ask which sauce i wanted to come with my steak. Still lovely and friendly and good service though will deffo be going back.

We stayed at the premier inn next door for a Christening and dined a few times in the restaurant. Margaret serviced us at breakfast & and dinner she is absolutely fantastic. She really is the life and soul of the restaurant, she makes you feel at home and is very polite, kind and just so friendly you can tell she is an absolute natural and enjoys her job! (Great chat)!!! All staff are brilliant, smiley and very welcoming but Margaret really is top tier with customer service. The food is very tasty and good size of portions too. Thank you very much and we look forward to our next stay!
What an absolute delight!! I’ve never encountered a more friendly and truly attentive service team. Food was very good but the staff makes this place just outstanding. We stayed next door for 6 days and not once did we have anything but five stars service. We’ve traveled all over Europe and the Americas , and I have to say never encountered a more consistently overall friendly and professional team!
Staff were really welcoming and friendly, food was great and good value as we had a discount voucher.
Tables and cutlery were all clean, the only thing which let the side down was the general state of decor inside. Moor Farm looks like it’s ready for a good spruce up inside and the toilets in particular are in desperate need of some attention - whilst clean some of the fixtures were broken in the gents and looked rather shabby.
That said I would happily visit again as the staff and food made up for any shortcomings in the general state of the fixtures and fittings.
We had a good meal, just as well as it isn't cheap. The waiter is new. Callum, great job, great service. Thank you .

Staff were friendly and helpful. Discount with a blue lights card very useful. Unfortunately not many special offer menu deals and there was only a small amount of chips with the main meal although the waiter was happy to get more.
Excellent family meal, booked the function room and the service from start to finish, food isn't much to write home about but it does the job to keep everyone happy and allow the party/event to flow. Would definitely recommend when booking the function room, twice we've used it now and both times the experience was brilliant

We were served by a chap (whose name I believe is Don)
He was polite, courteous and thoroughly professional.
An asset to the company and very worthy of a 5 star review.
Same order as last time at that other place we tried, result a totally different experience.
Food done to perfection just as requested, no need for a vet this time.
A mixed grill should not be difficult to get right, gammon and chicken that actually looked and tasted like they should.
Steak a little on the small side but done to perfection.
Perhaps the place up the road could send their kitchen staff,won't insult chefs by calling them that, down here to see how to do it right.
Staff deserve a big pat on the back for their attention to customers.

I've eaten here for the last 4 days, breakfast and dinner, due to staying at the Premier Inn next door on business. All staff I've met have been extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. I wasn't able to book a table, due to irregular working times, yet I was always seated and served promptly without any problem. The food has been great, both in the mornings and the evenings, I haven't encountered any long waits or anything that's been sub-standard at all.
Always great for breakfast. Such a great deal with the kids eating for free. Lovely staff who look after us so well. Kids love helping themselves. Food and drink is as expected for the price but still the care and attention is second to none. Be sure to book to avoid disappointment!

We were on holiday at Felmoor Park Monday 10th and Tuesday 11th July.A friend recommended yourselves.I have M.S. and required disabled access.The food was great so was the waiter and service made a nervous person feel very at ease .Highly recommended .
