I do like the occasional fast food burger and would rate Burger King higher than others in the sector. Slower than some but not an issue this time because the food was hot.
Burger King in Craigavon was lovely food. Had to wait a while but worth waiting to get hot food. A bit more expensive than McDonalds but def better food.
Food was hot/warm, service was fine. Eating area needed a clean. Some unexplained problem with toilet access.
Burger King in Craigavon have friendly, professional staff. They have the nicest chips and the best burgers of any fast food outlet, these are proper burgers that will leave you feeling full. great service would recommend.

The tables were clear but not wiped and the bins were full.

i saw the Argentinian Gourmet burger on an add somewhere and made it my mission to try it out, so i popped in at my local BK on my way home from work on the 16th of November 2021. I made my order and was initally surprised at the price of £6.99 for just the burger but was not disappointed. It was huge, and full of flavor yes I felt the name fitted although never ate Argentinian food. I believe it was the tastiest burger I ever tasted at least that I could remember, The Waitress was also very pleasant and professional , would def recommend.
The food was really good and very fresh. The staff seem to have taken on the Critisms from the other reviews on here, because I received excellent customer service. I had to wait a bit for my food but it was completely worth it. I’ll definitely be back. :)
Longer opening hours would be a bonus, closing at 7pm is a bit early.
Absolutely loved it. Although the chicken fillet in the chicken burger was really small it was still very tasty. My first time in this Burger Kingin craigavon, and by far the best. Girl that served us was lovely and chatty and polite but the service was very slow. We waited 30 minutes on food and it wasnt busy at all. One boy in particular seems very lax a daisy and has no people skills.
Always better food than McDonald's but went here tonight at 8.20pm and was told via the drive in speaker that it had closed at 8pm, despite Google showing closing time of 11pm.
I'm so glad burger king has came to Craigavon as I love to go there if I was in Lisburn or Belfast. The store is so clean and fresh and the the staff are friendly too. I tried the new steakhouse king and it was fantastic so I say to go there if you are in the Craigavon area
