I go here 5 times a week. The staff are the best I've ever seen in a retail venue. Friendly banter and exceptional service. The gaffer runs a tight ship.

Went twice in the same day. Early afternoon it was busy but the staff were all very friendly and helpful even though the work must have been hectic. I went back later for a Black Forest Frostino when it read quieter and again the staff were lovely to deal with, very fast with orders. I'll make this Costa a regular stop when I go to Tesco!
Always Excellent at Cradley Costa! . Always clean and fully stocked!. All the staff (especially the guy with the ponytail) Always friendly and happy to help!. They go above and beyond here for sure ! . Only problem is it’s that popular at times may need a few more seats !

Excellent service staff always very friendly, exceptionally clean, go there 3 times a week, I stay there while the boss does the shopping. Best Costa I have been in without a doubt!
