Cheeky little visit to this newly opened and refurbished tearoom in Coxwold this afternoon. Beautiful old building sensitively and tastefully presented and quintessentially British. Lovely teas, coffees, cakes and all manner of delicious fayre on offer, a warm welcome from the team and a very nice garden outback to sit and take in the Yorkshire air. Would recommend everyone gives it a visit, a nice drive out in the Vale of York with a lovely watering hole to rest awhile en-route.

Very welcoming staff, great service and they managed to accommodate all 12 Darlington cycling club members at once. And great ride through the lanes to get to them.

Great little cafe stop, with the biggest slice of cake 🎂 and fantastic coffee all at a reasonable cost 😀 😋.

Stopped off for refreshments and found it’s a lovely little tearoom. The staff were attentive and friendly! We ordered coffee/teas, and scones, and it came pretty quickly! Stayed and had a catch up with a friend, and didn’t feel rushed! They have a gift shop and had a mooch!!

My second visit to this little gem of a spot. Sat in the garden for a light lunch. Beautiful, peaceful spot for a sunny afternoon. Delicious sausage roll and scone!! Love it here.

Simply amazing find. The nearby sign stated open at 14:00 so we were disheartened…..but we saw an Open sign and had mocha, Yorkshire Tea, Mocha cake 😲 and Bakewell tart. Delicious. Great and friendly service and the attached shop was wonderful. Best cafe we’ve been in for a while. Highly recommended ☺️❤️

Couldn’t recommend this place more highly. Home baked cakes were incredible, in particular the mocha cake and date slice were to die for. Service was fab and the garden was beautiful. Definitely coming back!

A most enjoyable afternoon tea. The array of goodies on the menu were to die for. When our chosen delight arrived the presentation was perfect fruit scones with jam and cream were absolutely delicious. Definitely call again but will make sure I have refused lunch at home and take advantage of the very wide choice. Thank you Coxwold Tea Rooms

Stayed the night during a trip to Yorkshire. Excellent facilities, clean and comfortable. It is under new ownership and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We also had tea and scones in the lovely garden followed by ice cream. Both the B&B and tearooms are fully recommended.

Went for afternoon tea, only found this by googling as not from the area, such a lucky find. Tucked away in beautiful village, the tea room is surrounded by stunning garden, we sat outside as gorgeous day. Staff were very friendly and polite, service was great. The afternoon tea was totally delicious, every mouth full was lush, so fresh and all home made cakes, struggled to finish it all, they boxed up our cakes. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend it.

We stayed in the charming cottage accommodation for 7 nights and had a wonderful time. The cottage was equipped with everything you could possibly need, very clean and just couldn't fault the place at all. Food and drinks in the in house tea room were amazing. Very dog friendly which was great as we were holidaying with the dog. We will most definitely be returning. Thank you to Tom and Emmy for everything.
