Made an order with kassia app it was easy to do. Had a reasonable wait for my delivery but estimate on length of time was accurate. I had chicken Tikka Malay which was lovely just like the dish I've had in the Drayton restaurant I would like this just with the paneer alone tried the kassia fries this is a nice idea seasoned mince over chips but I found it a little strange and the chips for me were undercooked. I enjoyed my chicken passanda would prefer chicken to be plain not Tikka and nan bread was good. All in all I enjoyed my meal plenty enough for dinner the next day and reasonable price. I would use again for a Indian takeaway meal.

amazing food! and so helpful if you have coeliac disease, called in advance and did everything to make sure our order was safe and kept gluten free! will definitely be returning again!
We placed a very big order for a family get together during the week.
All of the food we ordered was present, nothing missed. It was also cooked on schedule which is a positive as I know a fair few take aways which would struggle.
All of the dishes were tasty and as described on the extensive menu. The only downside was how much we wasted due to our eyes being too big for our bellies!
We ordered using the app and it was delivered exactly on time. We all enjoyed the food and will use again. It seems more expensive, but I think the intermediary ordering company take a fair slice, and you can pick up with a discount, so you have a choice. Overall, very good.
Our new regular :). Tried for the first time today, after months of meaning to- was not disappointed! Beautiful food, really lovely and on point service from all of the team. Our compliments to the chef, and the lovely lady who delivered our food! We will be back!
Unfortunately a king prawn curry was delivered instead of the ordered chicken tikka version. This was an issue as my husband has a seafood allergy, however, Kassia were very apologetic and were very quick to rectify this and re-deliver this within 20 minutes of making them aware (we gave them the unwanted one back following social distancing). Absolutely cannot fault their customer service in putting this right very quickly - thank you and much appreciated.
OMG that was an amazing takeaway. We ordered Friday night for delivery saturday to 2 addresses coz we were celebrating a birthday. Everything turned up hot and on time and so yummy. Thanks Kassia Kitchen, Cowplain

Friendly staff, great food and very tasty. The great thing about the food at Kassia kitchen is that you don't wake up the next day with a horrible taste in your mouth like you do with other curry places.
