We were able to take our dog into the beer garden or bar for our lunchtime meal. Very pleased with the food and service. Plenty for us especially at a lunchtime. We were offered a gluten free menu as well. Will go again.

Dropped in for lunch and was very pleased with the surroundings and staff.
Nice comfortable decor and seating (watch out for the centres of the seats dipping as you sit!) Staff were friendly and not overly attentive.
Toilets upstairs were small but clean and private. There were more downstairs too.

We had our wedding meal here and it was absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond for us . Food was delicious and the atmosphere was incredible .
Service was fantastic, waitress was a credit! Nothing too much trouble, I’d have her work for us for sure, food was great 😊 very reasonably priced & big portions! We’ll definitely be back soon, highly recommended

The veggie fair was definitely fabulous, and the chicken tikka was the best I've had in a very long time. I was so pleased to go there as a surprise for my birthday and the staff were amazingly accommodating as we had to put our reservation back an hr too (darn sheep's and mountain roads). Such love
Visited on Sunday for a late lunch, very polite staff who sat us at our table in good time, our food order was taken and food arrived in great time. The food we had was delicious! We went in for lunch today and had Jackie as our waitress. She was absolutely delightful and made sure we had an excellent visit. The steak pie was on special and quite tasty, the lasagna was good if not special and the mixed grill was filling and delicious.
Sunday lunch is incredible.
Ham hock is ginormous, definitely enough for about 3 meals. Its served with new potatoes, green beans and peas. The meat is just perfect and honestly the best Sunday lunch I think I've had for a very long time.

Bank holiday Monday afternoon was fabulous the live music in the garden was great, a really nice relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious and the service from the bar staff was prompt and friendly. Jackie was particularly good, nothing was too much trouble for her, very efficient and friendly.
The young lad, who served,us was very professional and really good at his job.
Food was lovely, hot, fresh and really nice well done chefs keep up the good work.
