Sat and dined al fresco last night outside @theyardpizzacowbridge a lovely little find on the high street.
All the food was fresh and the service was fantastic. The sunshine made it feel like sitting outside a pizzeria in Rome!
We had the Garlic dough sticks which were full of a pungent garlic flavo
The best pizza I've ever had ! I had the good shepard 2.0 with no black olives and it was delicious. I loved the different sauce, a nice change from tomato base. The service was quick and friendly and the side dishes were lovely too. Cant wait to return !
Our second visit in a couple of months and a late booking which was welcomed. We ate different pasta dishes for the first time which were filling and full of flavour (I tend to go for their pizzas because they’re always good).

The Yard is a really strong addition to the Cowbridge foodie scene. All pizzas freshly prepared in house with high quality Italian flour and tomatoes and topped with plenty of local ingredients. Chips are really good, glad the menu has changed from offering parmesan cheese as suitable for vegetarians. New menu choice not great if you are veggie and a lot of sections on pizza had caught, so was overdone for my liking and had to leave burnt bits to one side
Had a nice lunch of fresh pizza. Very nice and tasty. Friendly service. Try and book as a few people were turned away as it's busy. Enjoyed our visit to lovely cowbridge
Lovely place 🍕 , our pizzas were delicious , staff were friendly , atmosphere was good and the decor ^ design of Pizza Restaurant works well when busy and if you bring small children. They do Comedy shows the last Sunday of each month and also deliver pizza as well as alcohol to certain areas close
I absolutely love visiting the Yard in Cowbridge, Emily & Co are always so welcoming, attentive and the relaxed environment makes for a really enjoyable evening.
