The Star has had a fresh make over with good furniture making it more accessible, fresh and light, very comfortable, new chef with a great menu, the food is amazing and reasonably priced, highly recommended this country village pub.

Stopped in here before our trip back to Gloucester for a drink,really friendly atmosphere and bar staff. My wife had orchard gold which was truly amazing. 5 star.

Visited last night for a bite to eat and a few beers. Had ham, egg, peas and chips. Absolutely delicious, the nicest ham ever. Had another fantastic Sunday lunch yesterday at 'the Star' in Wick. Always a great welcome, food was delicious. Dog is welcome in the bar and even given a treat. Can't wait to go again. So glad I booked as was very busy.
