I ordered on justeat and was waiting for nearly 2 hours as the app never told me that the driver had cancelled. Went to McDonald’s in person to query what was going on. Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the manager who was more than helpful and sorted out my full order instantly and was incredibly apologetic of the situation.
Great service. There is a lady that works at the Alvis one and she is fantastic lovely manners very friendly. Her charity work is fantastic so if you go in say hi to Ging.
Can you guys never get an order right. Everytime I've ordered there's always items missing (not been a while because of this) thought I'd treat the kids, 3 meals and fries missing. Mcflurry machine is never working, Same with thick shakes. You charge enough so get your act together. This is Gallagher retail park Coventry cv6
Most of the time, you get a service with a smile. Which is nice when you have 3 kids whating hash browns. And you have a coffee to help with the day ahead
This place is amazing i work here as a seasonal staff, the enviroment is friendly and welcoming. Its great as its local and you can go do the rest of your shopping in the retail park and then come abd enjoy a meal or even the famous coffee
